We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will supervise a team of electrical engineers. They will ensure that work is completed within the agreed time frame and inspect work to make sure it is executed to a high standard.

The job for Electrical Supervisor includes:

  • Supervision of a team of electrical engineers
  • On the job supervision visits to engineers
  • Delivering toolbox talks
  • Carry out electrical testing, inspection, installation and maintenance works as required
  • Ensure safe working procedures in accordance with the current health and safety regulations and all other relevant regulations
  • Post inspections of work carried out by engineers
  • Reviewing and signing off certification completed by engineers
  • Training and developing engineers
  • Work specifications
  • Preparing quotations
  • Interpret electrical/site drawings when necessary
  • Communicate with clients, residents and colleagues when required
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to any company policy
  • To undertake any training provided by the company
  • To support any business change for the benefit of the company
  • Any ad-hoc duties as reasonably instructed by your line manager or directors

The ideal Electrical Supervisor will:

  • Have previous experience of supervisor role
  • Have strong leadership skills
  • Have previous experience in the electrical industry
  • Have good time keeping skills with the ability to work well in a team
  • Have full electrical qualifications
  • Have a full UK driving licence
