About the Electrical QS roleYou’ll take a key supervisory position within a well-established electrical services provider, overseeing engineers across London and the Southeast while working closely with the Hertfordshire head office. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your technical knowledge and leadership will directly shape the performance and development of the wider team.
You’ll carry out site visits, sign off certification, deliver toolbox talks, support engineers with technical queries, and ensure all works meet safety, compliance, and quality standards. You’ll also play a major part in continuous improvement, training, and maintaining a strong safety culture.
What you’ll do as an Electrical QS- Lead, mentor and support Site Supervisors, Engineers and Improvers
- Carry out onsite supervision visits and post-inspection reviews
- Ensure all works meet regulations, safety standards and company procedures
- Deliver toolbox talks, technical updates and team briefings
- Complete electrical testing, inspection, installation and maintenance when required
- Review and sign off certification, working closely with QAs
- Prepare quotations, variations and order materials
- Monitor WIPs to ensure timely completion
- Support incident investigations and escalation processes
- Maintain your own CPD and ensure your teams is up to date
- Contribute to business improvement and KPI-driven initiatives
- Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)

- Proven experience in a supervisory or qualified supervisor role
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
