We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager to join our Civil Engineering clients. The role is based in Rotherham but will cover Northeast and Northwest England, comes with a salary up to £60,000 plus car/allowance.

Responsibilities for Contracts Manager:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout project lifecycles.
  • Oversee multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to programme requirements.
  • Ensure all projects meet financial targets while maintaining high-quality delivery.
  • Manage and assess subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
  • Mentor and guide site teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the project pipeline and contribute to business expansion.

Requirements for Contracts Manager:

  • Proven experience managing multiple civil engineering projects.
  • Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Qualification: HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, costs, and subcontractor performance.
  • Certifications: SMSTS / CSCS Black Card / First Aid.
  • Full UK Drivers License.
