Electrical QS £55,000 + Company Car + Fuel Card + Full Benefits package North London (Hybrid, 2 days in the office required per week) Full-time | Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical QS professional who wants real responsibility, long-term stability, and a team that genuinely values high-quality work. Social housing experience is a must for this role! Along with NVQ L3 + AM2 + 2391 - (or equivalent) and Full UK driving license.

About the Electrical QS role:

  • Lead, mentor and support Site Supervisors, Engineers and Improvers
  • Carry out onsite supervision visits and post-inspection reviews
  • Ensure all works meet regulations, safety standards and company procedures
  • Deliver toolbox talks, technical updates and team briefings
  • Complete electrical testing, inspection, installation and maintenance when required
  • Review and sign off certification, working closely with QAs
  • Prepare quotations, variations and order materials
  • Monitor WIPs to ensure timely completion
  • Support incident investigations and escalation processes
  • Maintain your own CPD and ensure your teams is up to date
  • Contribute to business improvement and KPI-driven initiatives

What you'll need:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
  • NVQ Level 3 + AM2 City & Guilds 2391-52 BS7671 18th Edition
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or qualified supervisor role
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
