This role involves site remediation, construction of roads, bridges, flood mitigation measures, installation of utilities (electricity, gas, communications, water), and development of landscaped parklands.
Commercial Manager Responsibilities:
- Implement project commercial start-up procedures effectively.
- Manage and oversee a regional commercial team.
- Procure materials and off-site services efficiently in line with procurement policies, maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare work package contents, ensuring project team contributions are completed.
- Coordinate tender processes, including inclusive invitations, evaluations, and recommendations, adhering to procurement protocols.
