We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Quality Manager to join our Construction clients. Based near Watford and comes with a salary between 61,000 – 65,000 plus car/car allowance.

Responsibilities for Business Quality Manager

  • Design and lead the company-wide Quality Strategy and Culture
  • Oversee divisional quality procedures and ensure consistent compliance across all projects
  • Provide expert guidance and support to project-based Quality Managers
  • Collaborate with Project Leads to identify and nurture talent within the quality team
  • Build and strengthen the Quality Community across the organisation
  • Develop and deliver tailored Quality Training for operational teams
  • Define and uphold Digital Delivery Standards and expectations
  • Manage and evolve the Quality Audit Programme
  • Serve as interim Quality Manager during project mobilisation phases
  • Lead investigations into significant quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Support the Pre-Construction Team with quality input during bid preparation

Requirements for Business Quality Manager

  • A formal qualification in Construction or a Quality-related discipline
  • Proven experience in leading quality strategy within a construction environment
  • Progress toward Chartered status with the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) is highly desirable
