Part-Time Field Support Assistant (Parking Systems) £30 per call-out (£12.73 per hour after first hour) | Average of 23 call-outs per week (no limit) | Fuel covered | 0-hour contract

Location: BOURNEMOUTH (you must live locally, within 20mins commute)

Ideal for students, retirees, or anyone looking for light, occasional work that gets you out and about! YOU DON'T NEED ANY EXPERIENCE, JUST A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND BE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE DAY - MONDAY TO FRIDAY

About the role

This is a flexible, hands-on role helping to keep local car park machines running smoothly. You’ll visit nearby sites when something needs checking, resetting, or replacing. Most call-outs take 20-60 minutes to complete, and you’ll always have someone on the phone who can guide you if needed.

What you’ll do:

  • Visit local car parks when a machine needs attention
  • Carry out simple checks, resets, and basic part replacements
  • Test that everything is working again before you leave
  • Pass anything more complicated to a senior engineer
  • Keep short notes on what you did
  • Be friendly and helpful when speaking to customers or staff on site

The equipment you’ll work with:

  • Ticket machines
  • Payment terminals
  • Barriers and entry/exit systems
  • Simple software resets (full training provided)

You don’t need experience with any of these - we’ll show you everything you need to know.
