We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Highways Maintenance clients. The role will be based near Bar Hill and comes with a salary circa Β£25,000
Responsibilities for Administrator
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, including permits, drawings, and compliance records
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, schedules, and resource allocation
- Liaise with engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth communication
- Assist in preparing reports, risk assessments, and method statements
- Monitor project timelines and flag delays or issues to relevant teams
- Support procurement and invoicing processes, ensuring timely approvals and tracking
- Handle general office duties: filing, scheduling meetings, answering calls, and managing correspondence
Requirements for Administrator
