The Opportunity
We’re supporting a market leader in intelligent parking solutions as they grow their Field Service Engineer team! The company have their own bespoke parking systems; designed, built, and manufactured in the UK! Systems you’ll be working on: Ticket Kiosks, Barrier Systems, and the latest Ai ANPR/CCTV Camera technology!
Full product training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong networking and minor electrical skills who wants to develop in a specialist, future-focused industry.
The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you will:
- Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance on parking and access control systems
- Support installation and upgrade projects when required
- Diagnose electrical, networking, and software-related faults
- Configure system software, update firmware, and perform basic application-level troubleshooting
- Work independently, managing your own schedule across the Midlands
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all times
