Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and reactive repairs across electrical systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot systems including 3-phase power distribution, emergency lighting, small power, alarms, and general building services.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards.
  • Work within strict safety protocols and contribute to a strong Health Safety culture.

Essential Skills Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a commercial or facilities management setting.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, fault-finding, and maintenance practices.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • City Guilds 2391 Testing Inspection (desirable).
  • Eligibility to pass BPSS clearance (must have lived and worked in the UK continuously for the past 5 years).
