For the Highways Inspector role, we require an individual with previous surveying/inspection experience in the field, someone who has a great eye for detail, capable of writing detailed reports, and following H S. What You’ll Do- Inspect Assess: Conduct surveys and highway inspections of cycle routes and public paths to ensure they meet safety and legislative standards.
- Solve Problems: Address and report on issues such as pot-holes, damaged kerbs and street furniture, fly-tipping, graffiti, and littering to create cleaner, safer streets.
- Enforce Standards: Work with local authorities and legislation to maintain the borough’s aesthetic and functional excellence.
