Role summary

We are hiring an experienced Warehouse / Yard Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of yard and materials store. You will lead a small team, control stock and site deliveries, operate plant and forklifts, and ensure safe, efficient handling of materials to support project programmes. This is a hands-on supervisory role reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key responsibilities for Warehouse / Yard Supervisor

• Supervise yard and store operations including receiving, storing, picking and issuing materials and plant.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and collections with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Operate forklift and other light plant for loading / unloading and safe movement of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records, carry out stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Allocate daily tasks, coach and directly supervise yard operatives and drivers.
