Package: £55,000 + Company Car (inc Fuel Card), 26 days + BH (rising by one day each year up to 31 days) 10% Employer contribution Pension, Bonus and Rewards schemes

We are seeking a Senior Lighting Engineer to lead the technical delivery, asset management, and improvement programs for major highway electrical infrastructure based in Maidstone. Working as part of a high-performing multidisciplinary team, you will act as a technical authority—driving safety, innovation, and sustainability across critical transport assets.

Senior Lighting Engineer Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership & Scheme Delivery: Lead the design, assessment, and implementation of highway lighting and electrical infrastructure projects from early-stage solution development through to delivery.
- Asset Management & Solutions: Identify asset needs, evaluate condition data, and formulate early intervention strategies for renewals and improvements in line with established policies and priorities.
- Quality & Technical Assurance: Conduct rigorous design reviews, compliance checks, and value management assessments, incorporating modern techniques, sustainable materials, and buildability considerations.
- Supply Chain & Stakeholder Management: Manage design consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. xgikmsk
