Quantity Surveyor Surrey & Hampshire £50K – £60K + Full Benefits Package We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage and deliver commercial services across multiple facilities; on behalf of our leading FM Client Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor Oversee and govern commercial services delivery across facility sites. Review pricing for commercial refurbishments to ensure target costs are met. Evaluate contractual agreements with subcontractors. Address commercial management issues and engage directly with the end client. Facilitate interactions with both clients and subcontractors.
