This newly created Quality Engineer role is ideal for someone with several years of QA/QC experience in electronics and mechanical manufacturing, preferably with experience in offshore related industries.

Location & Working Arrangement

This is a hybrid role (60% office-based), located at our modern facility in Wokingham (RG41). Candidates must live within daily commuting distance and be flexible with office days to meet business needs.

  • Be resident in the UK with the right to work and be a permanent resident. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.
  • Hold a valid passport with no restrictions on travel to the USA.

Why Join Us?

  • Confident and persuasive, able to build relationships and influence change at all levels.
  • Pragmatic and proactive, focused on real‑world service and product improvements—this is not an ISO9001 management role.

You\’ll be a coach, advisor, and influencer, helping to embed a strong Quality culture across our diverse teams. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and making a tangible difference, this is the role for you.

Travel Requirements

Expect to travel both domestically and internationally—primarily to Houston, Texas, and also to sites in Scotland, Alaska, Australia, Brazil, Norway, UAE, and Singapore. Trips may be a day, or last 1–2 weeks, so flexibility in your home life and family commitments is essential.

Our Work

We operate across a wide range of disciplines including:

  • Electronics design and manufacture for the offshore energy industry
  • Surveying in every ocean globally, and on land

  • 5+ years in dedicated QA roles with clear career progression.
  • Experience writing ITPs, MRBs, and other technical documentation.
  • Background in engineering, electronics, manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication.
