We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team to focus on our B2B Membership Sales – with a particular emphasis on the employee benefit market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for our company. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and targets. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support client acquisition and retention efforts. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and best practices in business development. Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and business development best practices. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Willingness to travel as needed.
