We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team to focus on our B2B Membership Sales - with a particular emphasis on the employee benefit market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for our company.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organisational and communication skills, and a passion and drive for achieving sales targets. Your mindset is strategic and you will have good analytical skills, as well as being both sales and customer-driven.
Key Tasks:- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Identify and research potential clients and markets, including industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
