- Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with software engineering and product teams; familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern collaboration/tooling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment at all levels of the organization, including executives.

In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver large-scale initiatives that drive efficiency, scale, and innovation across the agency.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, multi-phase technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and on-time delivery.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define scope, success criteria, and program roadmaps across multiple workstreams.
- Establish and drive program governance, including status reporting, dependency and risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, ensuring accountability, alignment, and efficient decision-making across business units.
- Translate complex technical concepts and trade-offs into clear business impacts and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Anticipate, surface, and mitigate risks, escalating when needed while driving solutions independently and decisively.
- Define, track, and communicate key program metrics to measure progress, velocity, quality, and outcomes.
- Provide clear, executive-ready communication and reporting to senior and C-level stakeholders.
