What the job involves
- Reporting into the Music Operations Manager, youβll be responsible for administrative tasks including ticket counts, guest list management, immigration requirements for touring artists, and working closely with the Finance department on tracking payments for shows.
- Youβll provide desk cover when Agentsβ Assistants are on leave, and will receive all-round training in the administrative responsibilities of an Assistant.
- Scheduling meetings β organising meetings with promoters.
- Managing roster grids β keeping London office roster information up to date.
- Managing contact lists β keeping documents such as All Agents List up to date.
- Finance β prepare weekly outstanding.
