The Transformation Program Lead– Workforce Management (WFM) will drive day-to-day delivery of the WFM Target State Design and Implementation Roadmap, a major HR-led transformation to strengthen workforce planning, workload allocation, scheduling, time/attendance, system integration and compliance across the University’s staff.
The role requires senior program leadership across multi-year initiatives and close collaboration with stakeholders.
