About The Role: The People team at RVU helps employees thrive by supporting personal and professional goals and contributing to the wider business. We are focusing on high performance and employee development, and we’re looking for a versatile HR generalist with strong employee relations experience to partner with key stakeholders and manage people processes. The role reports to the Head of HR with a primary focus on employee relations, and will also assist with other HR elements as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advise, educate and coach managers on a range of employee relations issues
  • Act as the HR point of contact for the Uswitch.com team, supporting day-to-day operational queries
  • Manage and consult on all ER policies and procedures, including disciplinary and grievance, absence and capability measures
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the business to partner teams from an HR perspective
  • Make connections between people and the business strategy to help the culture thrive

What We’re Looking For / Qualifications

  • Experience dealing with a range of ER issues in a fast-moving business; experience in a Tech / Digital environment is beneficial but not essential
  • Confident communication across diverse teams, from recent graduates to senior leaders
  • Proactive business partnering, supporting people managers in creating a high-performance culture with credibility and influence
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience supporting the development of more junior HR colleagues
  • CIPD qualification is essential
  • Experience planning, leading and supporting local and global operational initiatives and strategic projects
