Application deadline 12th September 25 ustwo is looking for a Senior Product & Brand Designer to join our London studio. We are on a mission to shape a more purposeful future through exceptional digital products. We\'re a global team celebrated for our craft, care, and creative ambition; working from early proposition shaping through to launch and beyond. Our products aren\'t just used, they\'re loved, remembered, and worth sticking with.

Location
This role will be based in the London studio in Shoreditch at 154-158 Shoreditch High Street E1 6HU. We currently have a hybrid policy in which you are required to be in the studio for two days of the week; our universal day on Tuesdays and either Wednesday or Thursday and are welcome to either work from the studio or from home for the rest of the week. We are keen for you to be involved in studio culture so the more you can get involved in opportunities for in-person social interaction; the better!

What You\'ll Do

  • Contribute to defining the core vision and narrative for new products and services, helping to translate early ambiguity into clear, impactful design questions and strategic specificity.
  • Design and evolve expressive, brand-rich interfaces that feel alive and purposeful, ensuring emotional connection with brands.
  • Push the creative edge of what\'s possible, with new and existing tools, across motion, interactivity, and visual delight within your projects, leveraging human creativity and cultural edge.
  • Prototype \"looks like/feels like\" experiences that deeply resonate with users, building trust and emotional alignment.
  • Apply and contribute to visual design standards by participating in creative critiques to elevate consistency and impact.
  • Champion originality, cultural relevance, and emotional tone in product delivery, making products memorable and worth caring about.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and motion designers to realise the creative vision for your workstreams.
  • Present design vision and strategies to project stakeholders, bringing specificity and confidence.
  • Contribute as an arbiter of good taste, curating and refining experiences

  • Deep skill in visual storytelling, typography, motion, and UI design, with a knack for making the complex feel effortless.
  • A strong point of view on cultural relevance and originality, with the ability to translate it into commercial success.
  • Experience using AI as a creative accelerator, while applying sharp human judgment to ensure taste and quality.
  • Comfort working across multi-platform ecosystems with consistency and creativity.
  • Collaborative, ego-free, and able to thrive in a feedback-rich, idea-led environment.

Remuneration
