ustwo is looking for an experienced Principal-level Client Partner to provide short-term cover across a portfolio of established client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly build trust with senior stakeholders, maintain momentum across active engagements, identify growth opportunities, and ensure continuity for clients and internal teams. You'll be responsible for maintaining account health, supporting active commercial conversations, and ensuring clients continue to experience ustwo as a trusted strategic partner.

Requirements
- Significant experience in client services, account management, business development, or digital consultancy, with a proven track record of managing and growing strategic client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing account performance, revenue forecasting, and opportunity development.
- Comfortable stepping into established client environments and quickly building credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Experienced in shaping opportunities within complex and evolving contexts.
- Skilled communicator, facilitator, and negotiator with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience working with organisations building digital products, services, or technology-led experiences.
- Familiarity with commercial performance and pipeline management tools such as Pipedrive and CRC reporting.
- Experience working within or alongside industries such as Healthcare, Finance, Energy, Education, or Media.
- Able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and deliver impact within a short-term engagement.
- Able to rapidly understand client contexts, build relationships quickly, and deliver impact with minimal onboarding.
