You will be responsible for bringing our marketing initiatives to life across paid, owned, and earned channels, from high‑fidelity case studies and thought leadership to motion graphics and web design. You will sit at the intersection of our Marketing team and our world‑class Design leadership. Your goal is to ensure that everything we put out into the world feels distinctly on‑brand, communicates complex ideas simply, and reflects the high craft and fidelity of the work we produce for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing assets across campaigns, content, and ongoing marketing activity
- Support the development of compelling case studies showcasing the studio’s work, balancing narrative storytelling with product imagery and rich media assets
- Creating visuals for social (LinkedIn, Instagram), blog content, and thought leadership

- Ensuring consistency, quality, and strong editorial judgement across all work
- Partnering closely with marketing copy and development to bring ideas to life in a variety of environments and formats in support of delivering against the marketing and growth strategy

About You
- A multi‑hyphenate marketing designer, comfortable across design, illustration, and light motion/video support
- Excellent typography and layout skills
- Confident with image‑making, illustration, and visual storytelling that supports ideas rather than competes with them
- Skilled in editing and treating imagery
- A clear communicator and collaborator, able to justify design decisions in terms of message, audience, and impact
- Able to leverage technology and tools to create creative systems that scale
- Media‑savvy and culturally aware, you understand what performs on different platforms and have a distinctive POV
- You understand the web as a medium – its constraints and its conventions, particularly when it comes to accessibility, balancing design decisions with performance, and more
- Experienced in building B2B brands and creating the marketing that supports growth of a studio product
Our full benefits package is available to all permanent and fixed term contract employment. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our colleagues, clients, community, and the users of our products.
