Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Electrical Apprenticeship Programme Lead to join the Apprenticeships Department at our Slough & Langley campus on a full-time permanent basis. The role reports to the Apprenticeships leadership team and involves managing the electrical apprenticeship provision to ensure alignment with industry standards and EPA readiness.

You will lead a delivery team, nurture strong employer and stakeholder relationships, and directly train, coach, and assess.
