Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Careers Adviser to join our team, working across Strodes' College and Windsor College on a permanent, term-time only basis. The successful candidate can expect to work across 39 weeks in the academic year. This role is pays between I22 £26,252.93 and I25 £28,633.35 (£29,987.00 to £32,706.00 FTE) which is dependent on qualifications and experience.

Careers Adviser The primary purpose of the Careers Adviser role is to deliver impartial information, advice and guidance (IAG) to students through a range of delivery methods, including group workshops, drop-in sessions, one-to-one appointments and online support. To ensure high standards of professional practice, we are seeking an Adviser who holds a Level 6 qualification in Advice and Guidance. However, we will also consider candidates with a Level 4 qualification in Advice and Guidance who can demonstrate relevant experience and a commitment to continuing their professional development.

Mainstream transition programmes, external audits and inspections (including Matrix and Ofsted), and the effective tracking and reporting of student destinations and progression outcomes.
