We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Delivery/ Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes across Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and the Power Platform.
In this role, you will be accountable for successful project execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership, ensuring high‑quality, predictable delivery aligned to business outcomes. You will act as a trusted partner to our customers, driving value through strong governance, delivery excellence, and collaboration.
Your Role:
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements
- Lead large and complex D365 programmes across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Engagement, Field Service, and Project Operations
- Drive delivery using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the right approach based on programme needs
- Manage delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and cost baselines
- Oversee release planning, sprint reviews, UAT, cutover, and go‑live activities to ensure smooth and successful deployments
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with CXO, IT, and business teams
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and support long‑term account growth
- Own programme financials, including forecasting, budget control, and margin management
- Ensure delivery governance, reporting, and compliance with internal and customer standards
- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross‑functional delivery teams to achieve high performance and engagement
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in Delivery / Programme Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain
- Experience delivering solutions across Customer Engagement and Power Platform
- Solid understanding of data analysis, data management, and Data Management Framework (DMF)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders
- Experience managing complex programmes with multiple workstreams and dependencies
