We are looking for a skilled Unified Communication and Collaboration Engineer to manage and secure our email, messaging, and collaboration platforms with our CIS team in London. You’ll work across Exchange (On-Prem and Online), Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, and key Microsoft 365 tools to keep our environment running smoothly, securely, and in line with compliance standards.
The Role
- Manage Exchange On-Prem and Online in a hybrid setup.
- Administer email gateways and Mimecast for security and compliance.
- Automate tasks and manage environments using Exchange PowerShell.
- Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Maintain shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and email permissions.
- Administer OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Support enterprise content sharing and process automation.
- Manage Active Directory (AD), Azure AD (AAD), and Entra ID.
- Set up and maintain Conditional Access policies and RBAC for secure authentication.
- Support DNS and DHCP services for connectivity.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
- Enforce security policies for corporate and BYOD devices.
- Ensure system availability, security, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS).
- Troubleshoot messaging and collaboration issues.
- Support disaster recovery and backup for communication services.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 5 years in Unified Communications, Collaboration, or Messaging.
- Deep knowledge of Exchange (On-Prem and Online), Office 365, and Email Security.
- Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Conditional Access, DNS, and DHCP.
- Expertise in managing Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform).
- Hands-on Intune experience for endpoint security.

- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
