We are seeking an experienced Transition Programme Director to lead the successful delivery of high-value, complex IT programme transitions within the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This is a senior strategic role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and deep domain knowledge to ensure smooth, effective transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
The Role:
- Lead and manage large-scale programme transitions, with deal values exceeding $40 million, across multiple geographies and functions within the BFSI sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive transition strategies that ensure continuity, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
- Engage proactively with senior internal and external stakeholders, building strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Ensure robust governance, risk management, and financial controls are embedded throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Oversee all aspects of transition delivery including team leadership, communication, change management, budget control, and performance monitoring.
- Drive cultural alignment and cross-functional collaboration to enable successful adoption and delivery of services post-transition.
- Manage and mitigate risks effectively while maintaining strong compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
