UST is seeking a Strategic Initiatives & Culture Intern to support regional strategic programs, external events, and culture building initiatives in our London office. This role offers hands-on exposure to how a global digital transformation organization drives strategy, builds external presence, and fosters a purpose-led culture. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders on initiatives that strengthen UST's impact and brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of strategic initiatives aligned to regional priorities
- Assist with research, analysis, presentations, and leadership materials
- Support the planning and delivery of external events, forums, and industry engagements
- Coordinate event logistics, content preparation, and post-event insights
- Contribute to culture and employee engagement initiatives within the UST London office
- Support internal events, communications, and storytelling initiatives
- Collaborate with teams across Strategy, Marketing, HR, and Communications
Required Qualifications
- Current student in Business, Strategy, Communications, Management, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good research, organization, and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
