Role Description

We are actively recruiting a ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Consultant with hands-on ServiceNow experience, capable of designing, implementing, and optimizing HAM processes at an enterprise level, to help track IT hardware and enable smarter decisions.

The Role

• Design and implement HAM processes based on ITIL & ISO standards
• Utilize ServiceNow to automate hardware tracking, lifecycle management, and reporting
• Manage the full asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement
• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, ISO
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to align goals
• Create dashboards, reports, and conduct team training

Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years in HAM/ITAM with strong process design experience
• Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 19770, and governance frameworks
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM and CMDB integration
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications such as CAMP, CHAMP, CITAM, or ITIL are a plus
