We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support business change across high-impact initiatives. In this hybrid Leicester-based role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and external partners to understand business needs, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
The Role
- Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support product owners with roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation, and solution shaping.
- Drive alignment between business and technology teams throughout delivery.
- Support testing, readiness, and smooth implementation of new solutions.
What you will bring
- Proven Senior BA experience (ideally in digital, technology, or transformation environments).
- Strong business analysis expertise across complex projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in product ownership or working closely with product teams.
- Solid understanding of technology implementation and Agile delivery.
- Ability to influence, solve problems, and simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to work 2-3 days on-site in Leicester.
- Strong documentation, facilitation and analytical skills.
