We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst with strong Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) expertise to support a major global transformation programme. The role will focus on delivering the implementation of Coupa P2P integrated with SAP S/4HANA across the AMER and EMEA regions. The scope covers multiple company codes and integration across dual SAP S/4HANA instances using SAP SDIS and MuleSoft. This role will act as a key liaison between business clients stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators, ensuring the successful design, delivery, and adoption of an end-to-end P2P solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering for Coupa P2P across AMER and EMEA.
  • Facilitate workshops to capture current-state and future-state P2P processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Support the design and validation of Coupa-SAP S/4HANA integrations using SAP SDIS and MuleSoft.
  • Collaborate with SAP, Coupa, and integration teams to ensure alignment with standard P2P best practices.
  • Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
  • Ensure consistent application of global P2P standards while accommodating regional and company-code-specific needs.
  • Produce and maintain process documentation, business rules, and solution design artefacts.
  • Support change management activities including training inputs and business readiness.
  • Work closely with the IT Project Manager to track progress, risks, and dependencies in Planview.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience as an SAP Business Analyst with a focus on P2P / Requisition-to-Pay processes.
  • Hands-on expertise with Coupa P2P implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA P2P processes including vendor master, invoicing, and payments.
  • Experience working with system integrations, ideally SAP SDIS and/or MuleSoft.
  • Background supporting large-scale, global, multi-region ERP programmes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience delivering within structured project governance environments.
  • Prior experience in multi-instance SAP landscapes.
  • Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
