We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, delivery, and evolution of a strategic Salesforce platform within a leading Asset Management environment. This role combines hands‑on engineering, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement, offering the opportunity to lead enterprise‑scale Salesforce initiatives while leveraging emerging capabilities such as Data Cloud, AI, and Agentforce.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams and delivering complex Salesforce programmes.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data models, and best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar tools.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce is highly desirable.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce App Builder
