Role Description
A passionate, energetic Sales Manager who will be responsible for creating new customer relationships, prospecting, developing, and closing new business for CyberProof. You will utilise local and international sales engineering (presales) and delivery teams to provide a consultative approach and align CyberProof’s service offerings with clients' needs. This role will focus on the UK territory.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a sales strategy and go‑to‑market plan focused on prospecting, developing, and closing new business accounts within the UK.
- Develop relationships at C‑Level and interact with influencers and decision‑makers to understand requirements.
- Carry a sales target and deliver on the revenue and booking targets.
- Create an account target list with specific penetration plans for each prospective entity.
- Create and develop solution selling strategy to successfully penetrate and gain new accounts.
- Be a "hunter", utilise and maintain an existing professional network to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales quota goals, drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
- At least 10 years’ experience in New Business Sales at enterprise level.
- Extensive experience selling cyber security services and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and interact in a trusted engagement with C‑level executives.
- Experience in driving consultative sales approaches and engaging in creative discussion defining solutions and services with customers.
- Proven track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas and demonstration of experience in closing.
- Technical and business acumen (ability to discuss general business direction, security trends, technology implementation, networking, and general market trends).
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Driven, smart, and self‑motivated.
