Lead Product Owner
UST are seeking a Lead Product Owner to work with one of our retail clients; you will have experience working with mobile application to work on a mobile ecosystem.

About the role
The successful candidate will own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for our customer‑facing mobile applications (iOS and Android). You will be responsible for executing a world‑class mobile strategy that delivers measurable business value and a seamless, high‑performing experience for millions of customers.
You will guide a dedicated cross‑functional team and act as the subject‑matter expert, balancing commercial goals with technical feasibility.
Stakeholder Alignment and Communication
Proactively engage and manage a diverse group of senior internal stakeholders to capture business needs, manage expectations, and effectively communicate the product initiatives, alongside associated risks.
Data‑Driven Decision Making
Establish and track core Mobile App performance, product health and KPIs (e.g., conversion, retention, crash‑free sessions) and use in‑depth analytical insights and customer feedback to validate hypotheses and inform all product decisions.
Empowering the Team
Lead daily product efforts, guiding the development team (Developers, QA, BAs) through Agile/SCRUM ceremonies and ensuring clarity in requirements, ultimately serving as the key driver for team progress and motivation.
What you will bring
- Hands‑on experience of product ownership within retail, having worked in the digital/ecommerce sector.
- Thought leader in digital space, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Can quickly and accurately identify any issues or risks associated with a project as well as implementing a solution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk to and present to a range of audiences.
- A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
- Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence‑based approach to defining success supported by analytical data.
- Experience of working in Agile environments and working with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Highly motivated and hardworking with a professional attitude, who is able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Google for business / Microsoft Office proficient.

- Experience using Agile tools such as ADO, JIRA or similar.
