Data Technology Platforms team.

This team is responsible for building, enhancing, and operating enterprise-wide data platforms that support operational, analytical, regulatory, and AI-driven business capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern data engineering, database technologies, cloud platforms, and data governance.

You will play a key role in defining strategic data solutions, partnering with business and technology stakeholders, and delivering scalable, high-performance data platforms that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

This role is suited to a technology leader who combines strong hands-on engineering skills with strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a passion for delivering business value through data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the design and evolution of modern, cloud-based data platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, reusable, and strategic data solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership across data engineering initiatives and platform modernization efforts.
  • Champion best practices in architecture, data governance, quality, security, and scalability.

  • Support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements through production support.

  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, analysts, engineers, and support teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on data strategy and platform capabilities.
