We are seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead the change strategy for a high-profile MS Dynamics Business Central and Field Service migration initiative.

This is a pivotal role that will shape the organisational environment, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption, while championing employee engagement and stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation journey.

The Role

As the OCM Consultant, you will work in close collaboration with an offshore change consultant, establishing the foundation for all change-related activities. You'll serve as the trusted advisor to senior leadership and own the delivery of a comprehensive OCM strategy that drives early adoption and fosters a positive user experience.

  • Define and execute the change management plan, tailored to support a mission-critical digital migration.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, analyse impact, and ensure alignment across departments and user groups.
  • Own the initiative’s branding and communication, using quizzes, training sessions, bay communications, and push notifications to create awareness and excitement.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programmes to support a smooth user transition and reduce resistance.
  • Maintain a centralised, well-organised knowledge repository for all project-related information and updates.
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on change management best practices.
