About the role
The successful candidate will be enabling a busy and thriving contact centre across voice and chat channels, while delivering on its own platform roadmap and ensuring we maintain a secure and stable service.
You will be working in and across tech teams which is a natural part of our outcome-based culture, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to talk, coach, learn, and deliver great outcomes for our customers.
We’d be looking for you to set and maintain our engineering standards while also bringing your peers along with you on this journey.

- Node/Type Script or Go for your primary software development.
