We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of one of our client’s large-scale digital re-platform initiative. This role is accountable for overseeing design, build, and test activities across the Salesforce ecosystem and its integrations with internal and third-party platforms.
You will play a critical leadership role in driving delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment, quality outcomes, and successful execution to fixed timelines.
Responsibilities- Own end-to-end delivery of design, build, and test phases for Salesforce-based Customer and Loyalty solutions.
- Lead delivery across Salesforce platform and integrated systems, ensuring seamless interaction with internal and third-party platforms.
- Manage and coordinate multiple agile delivery squads (5–6) working in a SAFe/Scrum model alongside cross-platform internal teams operating in waterfall, hybrid, and agile environments.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders including: Lead Product Manager, Solution Architect, Release Train Engineer, UI/UX Lead to define, plan, and deliver business-critical applications.
- Drive delivery planning, execution, governance, and risk management to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Align delivery across onshore/offshore teams and vendor partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Resolve delivery challenges, remove blockers, and ensure optimal decision-making across stakeholder groups.
- Foster strong team dynamics and influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in Delivery Management within complex, enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
- Strong background in Salesforce delivery (design/build/test lifecycle).
- Experience managing multi-vendor and multi-team delivery environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) with exposure to hybrid and waterfall models.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, with the confidence to handle competing priorities and strong stakeholder personalities.
