We are seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts to support a major flagship customer programme comprising several parallel projects. The ideal candidates will bring strong experience across retail environments, with EPOS expertise highly advantageous. This role suits Senior BAs who are comfortable leading discovery, shaping business processes, and working closely with technical and operational teams across a complex transformation programme.
The Role:
- Lead business analysis activities across multiple workstreams.
- Conduct requirements gathering through workshops, process analysis and documentation reviews.
- Develop clear and concise business requirements, user stories, as-is and to-be process flows, and supporting artefacts.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Technical Leads, and wider programme stakeholders to define scope and ensure alignment across projects.
- Support planning and design phases by validating assumptions, identifying dependencies, and assessing business impact.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure traceability from requirements through to design, build, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices, tools, templates, and governance within the programme.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Retail domain experience, ideally in fast-paced multi-site environments.
- Experience supporting projects involving EPOS, store operations, or retail systems (preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business, operational, and technical teams.
- Excellent documentation skills, including process mapping (e.g., BPMN), requirements modelling, and user story creation.
- Proven ability to work in structured project environments (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
