Responsibilities
- Serve as the chief Scrum Master for the Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating SAFe events and processes.
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on SAFe, Agile, and Lean practices.
- Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos, and Scrum of Scrums.
- Identify, manage, and help resolve risks, impediments, and dependencies across teams.
- Partner with Product Management, System Architects, and Business Owners to optimize value delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
- Ensure alignment and transparency across teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Support program execution, tracking progress and enabling predictable delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and accountability within the ART.
- Promote organizational agility and help scale Agile practices across the enterprise.
