UST is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic IT and business change initiatives within a retail environment. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive complex projects from inception through to successful delivery.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 9+ years of IT industry experience
  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end IT projects
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within a retail organisation
  • Strong understanding of business processes across areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations
  • Expertise in project governance, risk management, planning, and delivery methodologies
  • Project management certification such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, or PMP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery from initiation through to implementation
  • Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance
  • Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Coordinate geographically distributed delivery teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
