We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a long-term enterprise retail transformation program for a leading international health and beauty retailer.

Location: Nottingham, UK

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days/week from the office)

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management within complex IT environments
  • Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and secure funding for strategic initiatives
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance, and processes
  • Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP/APMP, or equivalent
  • Previous experience within the retail industry is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of business processes within retail environments

Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of complex IT projects from initiation through deployment
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business and technology stakeholders
  • Manage project scope, risks, timelines, budget, and dependencies
  • Drive effective communication between onshore and offshore teams
  • Ensure delivery quality and adherence to governance standards
  • Support strategic planning and business transformation initiatives
