The Role

  • Review and classify incoming documents
  • Extract and verify data from documents and input it into internal systems

  • Prioritise workload to process up to 120 documents per day while meeting SLAs
  • Maintain high accuracy and compliance with client processes and SOPs
  • Escalate issues and seek guidance when needed to ensure productivity and efficiency
