We are seeking a results‑driven BDM to grow new and existing accounts through digital engineering and AI solution selling, leveraging our high‑quality nearshore delivery teams across Eastern Europe, inclusive of Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities- Drive full‑cycle sales across UK/EU markets, from prospecting to close
- Position nearshore Eastern Europe as a quality‑first, cost‑efficient delivery model
- Lead pre‑sales activities, proposals, RFPs, and solution shaping with engineering and delivery teams
- Collaborate with Sales Operations on pricing, commercial governance, and forecasting
- Support account growth through land‑and‑expand motions and strong customer engagement
- Minimum of 5–10+ years in sales, business development, sales strategy or pre‑sales within digital engineering, product engineering, or AI/ML services
- Proven success selling nearshore engineering solutions from Eastern Europe (incl. Ukraine)
- Strong understanding of POD‑based delivery models and scalable team constructs
- Ability to articulate technical solutions in clear, business‑value terms
- Strong executive‑level communication skills
- Fluent English
- Consistent ACV/TCV target achievement.
- Strong, predictable pipeline.
- High‑quality deal handover to delivery with strong customer satisfaction
- Account expansion driven by clear sales and growth strategies
