Looking for a Senior Solution Architect (D365 Business Central) with strong expertise in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, and Finance to lead solution architecture and remediation of an ongoing ERP program. The role will focus on assessing the current implementation, identifying gaps, and driving solution redesign and stabilization, working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders. The final solution must be validated through testing and client acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for D365 Business Central
- Assess existing/ongoing solution, identify design and process gaps
- Drive solution remediation and re-architecture aligned to best practices
- Engage client business stakeholders
- Establish governance across solution design, change control, and quality
- Define and improve integration, data, and process flows
- Oversee SIT, UAT, and client validation cycles
- Support solutioning, estimations, and stakeholder communication

- Warehouse Management – Advanced warehousing, inventory control, traceability
- Subscription Billing & Service Contracts – Recurring billing, contract lifecycle

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years ERP experience; 10+ years in D365 Business Central architecture
- 10–15 end-to-end D365 BC implementations in the UK
- Strong experience in SCM, Warehouse Management, and Finance domains
- Proven experience in solution assessment, remediation, and re-architecture
- Hands-on expertise in integrations, data migration, and enterprise architecture
- Skills in D365 Business Central (Techno/Functional + Solution Architecture)
- Supply Chain & Warehouse domain expertise
- Finance, Service and subscription billing knowledge
