We are seeking a Workday Integration or Reporting Architect with a strong consultative and delivery-focused mindset. This role goes beyond development, requiring someone who can drive requirements, manage delivery cadence, and lead integration outcomes across Workday implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a consultative lead for Workday integrations and/or reporting solutions
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment
- Plan and manage meeting cadences, milestones, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate integration design and mapping across multiple interfaces
- Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
- Support tenant build, testing preparation, and deployment readiness
- Document decisions, ownership, and delivery progress across the lifecycle
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 8+ years overall experience with strong exposure to Workday integrations and/or reporting
- Workday Certification (mandatory)
- Expertise in:
- Workday Integration technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) or
- Workday Reporting (Advanced, Composite, Matrix reports)
- Proven experience in a delivery lead, PM, or deputy PM-style role
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to drive decisions and outcomes
- Experience working across end-to-end Workday delivery (design → testing → deployment)
- Highly organised, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
