We are looking for a Principal Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions within a leading Asset Management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
- Develop integrations with enterprise platforms using APIs, MuleSoft, and event-driven architectures.
- Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to platform strategy, standards, and technical excellence.
Key Requirements
- Extensive Salesforce development and engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce integrations, and platform architecture.
- Experience with MuleSoft, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
- Financial Services or Asset Management experience preferred.
