We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PMO Analyst to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple business portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity for a PMO professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience who enjoys bringing structure, governance, and visibility to complex programmes.
Working closely with programme managers, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring actions, risks, dependencies, and milestones are accurately tracked and reported. You will be confident engaging with stakeholders, following up on commitments, and providing clear reporting that supports effective decision-making.

- Maintain and track programme and portfolio actions, ensuring owners are accountable for timely completion.
- Produce accurate and insightful status reports, dashboards, and governance materials for leadership review
- Coordinate governance forums, steering committees, and programme meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and action management
- Monitor project progress against key milestones, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies and escalating where appropriate.
- Follow up confidently with stakeholders to gather updates and ensure actions remain on track.
- Support the maintenance of programme plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and reporting frameworks.
- Provide timely management information and portfolio updates to support informed decision-making.
- Help drive consistency, governance, and adherence to delivery standards across multiple initiatives.
- Collaborate with project and programme teams to improve reporting accuracy and delivery visibility.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within a PMO, Project Coordination, Programme Office, or Project Support environment.
- Proven experience managing action logs, RAID management, governance activities, and delivery reporting.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards.
- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and challenging constructively to obtain updates and drive accountability.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Experience supporting programme or portfolio governance within transformation, technology, or business change initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to different audiences.
- Experience supporting senior leadership, PMOs, or transformation teams.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Planner, or MS Project.
